For our client, who is the owner of a small Polish company that develops software for court bailiffs in Poland, we are looking for a person for the HelpDesk position.
Junior HelpDesk
Requirements:
* Years of experience in a similar position.
* Basic knowledge of relational databases PostgreSQL / MS SQL.
* Ability to document service incidents - building a knowledge base and using it.
* Good knowledge of the Windows system.
* Understanding of how network programs function - how the relationship between the client, service, and database works.

* Work on first and second line support.
* Diagnosing and resolving current technical issues related to software and hardware for users.
* Installation and configuration of hardware and system applications.
