Performance Analyst
Requirements:
* Degree in Logistics, Quality Management, IT, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field with 2 years of professional experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote).
* Strong statistical analysis and reporting skills (Power BI, SQL, Excel).
* Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively.
* Experience in contract and performance management.
* Proficiency in reporting techniques.
* Effective communication skills and ability to listen and express ideas clearly.

Responsibilities:
* Performance monitoring and analysis.
* Generate regular reports on performance metrics.
* Identify and address root causes of performance drifts, lead action plans and working groups to resolve issues.
* Communicate with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
* Conduct meetings with suppliers and customers on performance.
* Provide internal teams with necessary KPIs and analyses.
* Proactively raise alerts and propose improvement ideas.
