Head of Sales (IT services/products field)
Requirements:
* Proven track record in selling IT services and leading high-performing sales teams.
* Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to audiences of varying technical expertise.
* Previous experience in building, managing, and analyzing sales programs, including messaging, metrics, methodologies, and tools.
* A mindset focused on goals, business, dependability, and a quick response to the needs of customers.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
