Business Unit Manager (Recruitment Business)


Requirements:
* Support with achievements in the recruitment or outsourcing industry - min. 10 years
* Excellent knowledge of the HR services industry
* Strong focus on goal achievement
* Knowledge of the latest tools, trends, and solutions in the recruitment industry
* Expert level of sales and negotiation skills
* Leadership potential
* Willingness to work on-site/hybrid in Warsaw (non-negotiable)
* Polish language at a minimum C1 level
* English language at a minimum B2 level

Responsibilities:
* Building a profitable recruitment team based on TeamQuest resources
* Selling recruitment services at a level that will allow you to build your Business Unit
* Acquiring new clients and servicing existing ones
* Achieving sales targets
* Daily management of the recruitment team (once it is built)
* Reporting on your own work and that of the team.
