Account Manager - Sales of Recruitment Services
Requirements:
* Minimum one year of experience in selling recruitment services or related services.
* Experience in working with business clients.
* Highly developed negotiation skills.
* Ability to conduct sales conversations both over the phone and in meetings.

Responsibilities:
* Active customer acquisition: Building relationships with clients in the Polish and international markets, with an emphasis on developing long-term partnerships.
* Customer needs analysis: Understanding customer needs and adapting the best recruitment service models.
* Collaboration with the implementation department: Close collaboration with domain-leading consultants. As you acquire new clients, you will develop your own recruitment team responsible for implementing your projects.
* Sales activity registration: Monitoring and recording sales activities in the CRM system to ensure effective project management..
