Account Manager - Recruitment Services Salesperson
Requirements:
* At least one year of experience in selling recruitment services and/or related services
* Experience in working with business clients
* Highly developed negotiation skills
* Ability to conduct sales conversations both over the phone and during online and face-to-face meetings

Responsibilities:
* Active customer acquisition in the Polish market and foreign markets
* Analysis of customer needs and matching the best service model
* Cooperation with the implementation department - consultants (as you acquire new customers, you will receive your own recruitment team that you will lead and that will be responsible for your projects).
* Registration of sales activity in the CRM system.
