Business Development Representative


Requirements:
* Experience in sales.
* Predisposition to work in a sales-related position, including:
** Independence and systematic approach.
** Ability to achieve set goals and show initiative.
** Quick learning ability and flexibility in adapting to organizational culture.
** Very good organizational and interpersonal skills.
** Ability to build business relationships and achieve sales targets.
** Highly developed negotiation skills.
* Excellent customer cooperation skills.
* General knowledge of IT will be an additional asset.

Responsibilities:
In the position of Junior Business Development Representative, your main tasks will include:
* Collaboration with senior Account Managers: Working under the supervision of experienced KAMs, supporting them in their daily duties.
* Appointment setting: Organizing and scheduling meetings with potential clients to present recruitment services.
* During the onboarding period: Identifying new business opportunities and establishing contacts with potential clients.
* At least 2 hours of conversations with potential clients daily.
* Expanding the database of potential clients: Systematically expanding the customer database, focusing on new business opportunities.
* Post-onboarding period: Actively acquiring clients for recruitment services in the IT industry..
