Sales Team Leader


Requirements:
* Experience in team management and sales
* Fluent in German and proficiency in English at least B2 level
* Strong organizational skills
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and Sales Force
* Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
* Understanding of customer needs

Responsibilities:
* Implementation of sales strategy
* Coordinating sales activities, developing and mentoring the team
* Managing internal sales team - implementing, KPIs, overseeing documentation, and conducting regular meetings with team members to provide them with constructive feedback on their results.
* Recruiting and onboarding new team members.
