We are seeking an experienced OpenText ECM Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of OpenText Extended ECM, including document and records management, archiving, workflow, and collaboration.

Requirements:
* If you have experience in other tools and solutions (e.g. IBM, ELO ECM Suite, SER (Doxis), Adiva, Oracle Aconex) we also want to talk to you!
* proven experience with OpenText Extended ECM Solutions and Content Server modules
* extensive experience on Installation Configuration, Administration of OpenText Extended ECM
* excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* building Smart UI for business users based on their roles using perspective manager
* strong communication and collaboration skills
* strong understanding of data archiving principles and best practices
Additional advantages:
* have successfully led implementation of at least 1 OpenText Extended ECM
* experience in Developing and deploying various types of configuration and application components including data/object models, security, workflow/business process components, user interfaces, OpenText Web Forms and Live Report

Responsibilities:
* configure and manage business workspaces, cases, and binders for Extended ECM
* manage, display, and edit archived documents, ensuring long-term availability and compliance with retention policies
* contribute internal users support, migrations and upgrades
* collaborate with business teams to optimize the use of OpenText for document management
* oversee the archiving of documents and other documents in various systems.
