Requirements:
* Experience in the logistics industry, particularly in international land freight
* Familiarity with transport exchange platforms
* Searching for and acquiring clients from Western Europe
* Good command of English language - additional language is a plus
* Independent work organization

Responsibilities:
* Searching for and acquiring contractors from Western Europe
* Negotiating terms of transportation with the client
* Keeping the client informed about the progress of transportation
* Working based on personal network of contacts(If you meet the minimum required turnover, we do not require a customer base)
Additionally:
* The clients that you bring to us and acquire during your employment in our company will be exclusively serviced by you.
* We do not sign non-compete agreements. Your clients will remain yours, even in the event of the termination of our cooperation.
* We do not burden freight forwarders with tasks related to accounting, documents, invoices, debt collection, etc.
* Your task will be to focus solely on your clients and maximizing profit, which directly translates into your earnings!
* Our team currently consists of 30 employees. We are not looking for employees for a few months, but for years! We make sure that they have no reason to change..
