Requirements:
* Proven track record in selling IT services and leading high-performing sales teams.
* Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to audiences of varying technical expertise.
* Previous experience in building, managing, and analyzing sales programs, including messaging, metrics, methodologies, and tools.
* A mindset focused on goals, business, dependability, and a quick response to the needs of customers.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

* Leading a team of Business Development Managers to exceed sales targets and drive company growth.
* Building, developing and motivating a subordinate sales team.
* Scrutinize key performance indicators, analyze data, and make necessary adjustments to strategies.
* Defining sales and marketing goals and strategy to drive recurring revenue from new and expansion customers.
* Creating a predictable sales model that enables accurate forecasting.
* Monitoring and analysis of the market and competition.
* Achieving sales targets, actively participating in sales processes.
