SAP ABAP Developer / SAP Consultant (HCM)
Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience working with SAP HCM (modules PY, PA, PT, OM) * Understanding of payroll processes and HR administration, including payroll schema and rule configuration * Ability to configure SAP HCM systems according to client needs * Experience in analyzing and resolving payroll and HR data-related issues * Strong background in analyzing business processes, optimization, and project implementation * Ability to debug errors and make changes in code (ABAP)
