Business Analyst IT
Requirements: * experience as a business analyst in banking - minimum 2 years in a similar position * knowledge of post-sales processes for mortgage loans * experience in analyzing business processes * ability to model processes - eg. BPMN * project work experience - Agile or Scrum is a plus

Responsibilities: * analysis of post-sales processes for mortgage loans * gathering and refining business requirements * process modeling BPMN and/or UML * preparation of analytical documentation (BRD / user stories) * collaboration with business, IT, and operational teams of the bank * supporting the development team in interpreting requirements * participation in testing and verification of implemented changes.
